The general nitrogen generator can be analyzed according to the following six points, whether the nitrogen generator is running well during the operation, if not, please ask a professional to check:

1. The power indicator is on, and the left suction, pressure equalization, and right suction indicators are cyclically illuminated to indicate the nitrogen production process.

2. When the left suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually rises from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized to the highest, while the pressure of the right adsorption tower of the nitrogen generator gradually decreases to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized. When the pressure equalization indicator light is on, the pressure drop of the left and right adsorption towers will gradually reach a balance between the two.

3. When the right suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually rises from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized to the highest, while the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually decreases to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized.

4. The nitrogen outlet pressure indication of the nitrogen generator is the normal gas pressure, and the pressure will fluctuate slightly during use, but the change should not be too large.

5. The indication of the flowmeter should be basically stable, the fluctuation should not be too large, and the indication value of the flowmeter should not be greater than the rated gas production of the nitrogen generator equipment.

6. The indication value of the nitrogen measuring instrument of the nitrogen generator should not be less than the rated purity of the nitrogen generator, and there may be a slight fluctuation, but the fluctuation should not be too large.
